The company is manufacturing Tiles and Slabs for which the basic raw material is Granite Rough Blocks. As the Company does not own Granite quarries, rough blocks are procured from the quarry owners, most of which are located in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Orissa and Andhra Pradesh. However , depending upon the color requirements company undertakes wire dressing, block cutting, grinding, polishing, cross cutting and chamfering.

The company concentrates on value addition on the granite stones- converting them to slabs and tiles. These are exported to overseas buyers ,Entire production is done against order only. Its customers are located in Germany, Australia, USA ,Spain, etc. The company concentrates mainly on export of granite slabs and tiles.

Slabs constitute 70% of the company’s turnover. It has 35 clients spread over Europe, USA and Far East. There is no concentration risk as the exposure to a single client is not more than 70%.Due to its superior quality and lower cost of production the products are in good demand overseas. The company faces company faces competition from unorganized sector. The company has installed pedrini multi blade block cutters, pedrini automatic polishing line, bridge cutter, Gaspari gang saws, Resin line, and water treatment plant at its units.
